What is a Sample
The Industry's Best Kept Secret — Unlocked.
Lusso Beni manufactures for some of the world's most recognized upscale brands. Three times a year, we present our new collections to those partners at private showrooms. The pieces they see are built to the same exacting standard as the labels you already know — premium calfskin, goatskin, hand-woven leathers, zero shortcuts.
When a design doesn't make a brand's final cut — not because of quality, but because of creative direction — it doesn't disappear. It comes to you.
Four types of pieces reach our store:
- Collection Samples — Showroom prototypes from our seasonal presentations. Single units, made to the highest standard, never put into mass production. When the brand passes, you gain.
- Archive Acquisitions — When storied ateliers close, we acquire their final collections. The SEBATA archive is one such example — a celebrated shoemaking house whose last pieces live exclusively with us. Collector's items, never to be repeated.
- Salesman Samples — Pre-production units built for international buyers and runway coordinators. Identical in quality to what would have reached retail — without the retail markup.
- Fabric-First Originals — We source excess premium European fabrics — the same rolls used by the upscale brands we manufacture for — and craft them into men's and women's button-down shirts under our own hand. Same materials. Same construction standard. Sold at or below wholesale, because the fabric cost is the only cost we pass on.
Every piece is sold at or below true wholesale cost. No middlemen. No inflated margins. Just exceptional craft at the price it should have always been.
Once they're gone, they're gone. That's not a sales line — it's the nature of what we do.
