SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship next business day from our warehouse in greater Raleigh area in North Carolina via UPS or USPS.

Ground shipment is complimentary and takes 2-6 business days from shipment day depending on your location.

Please note all orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on following Monday.

We CAN NOT ship any product with exotic skins to California due to state laws and guidelines.

Please note that we are UNABLE to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would love to
hear from you to try and understand the reason for your return. Your comments
and feedback are important to us so please email us. We would be happy to accommodate you at all times. 

If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase;

All Leather/Shearling Outerwear

As these garments are offered at deep discounts at or below wholesale, we kindly ask you not to try on leather/shearling outerwear while wearing cologne, perfume, make-up as the cleaning costs of these garments would be more than the profit we would be making. They must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. All worn items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine whether the products purchased are in original condition when returned.

Footwear

We highly recommend trying on the shoes in a carpeted area to avoid marks and scratches on the sole. All worn items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine whether the products purchased are in original condition when returned.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 5 days from the date
purchased.

Please add a copy of the invoice of the original purchase inside the return
package. To process a return or exchange, please contact us to further guide
you in retrieving a label.

allow two weeks for a refund to be issued.

Your exchange order will be shipped once your return has been received and
inspected at our warehouse.

In the event that the package gets lost or mishandled, we advise that you
keep all tracking details for your records.
